Privacy Policy

Wild IT Ltd ("Wild IT", "we") is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. This notice explains what we collect and how it is used, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide in our enquiry, partnership and support forms: name, company, email address, telephone number, postcode or country, and the details of your enquiry. We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited, where analytics is enabled.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, to assess technical requirements, and to manage the resulting commercial or support relationship. The lawful basis is your consent when submitting a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained only for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and are then deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with technology manufacturers or specialist engineering partners only where that is necessary to answer your enquiry or deliver support, and with service providers that host our systems.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
